Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-12 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification email when your order has shipped. During peak periods there may be some delays due to high volume of orders or postal service issues. We ask for your patience and understanding during these periods.
Track your order:

If you haven’t received your order within 32 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@zenzodesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
ZenZo Designs has a no refund, no exchange policy. All sales are final.
No refund will be issued. No exchange will be issued.

Should your item be faulty or arrive in a defective or damaged state please contact us at sales@zenzodesigns.com within 7 Days and include pictures showing the issue and we will assist your further.
